The Osprey Residence in New Denver is now accepting applications for tenancy.
EDIT: this was for summer 2023, these units have been filled.
This is a 10 unit affordable housing complex in New Denver with subsidized and lower-end-of-market studios, 1,2,3 bedroom units.
There will also be assistance offered for those applying who need it on Thursday, August 3 from 4:00-7:00pm at the Knox Hall in New Denver. You can come anytime through the session. If you can't make the session but would like more information please do
