We are happy to announce that our fall programming for Seniors Fitness begins this week at Passmore Lodge.
#1 - Amy Heasman is returning this year to lead our Yoga sessions:
Wednesdays beginning Oct 23rd from 10 to 11:15 am
#2 - We will also have Tyson Bartel resuming Feldenkrais:
Thursdays beginning Oct 24th from 11:15 to 12:15.
#3 - Senior Fitness will resume:
Mondays and Thursdays beginning Oct 21st from 10 - 11 am.
These programs are free of charge for participants thanks to funding from CBT and the RDCK ReDi program!
